Now this is what I’m talkin’ ‘bout!
How many times has a CEO & Founder of a project directly responded to one of your concerns within two hours of you posting it?
That kinda, sorta happened to me on only three occasions.
But that was after weeks of running “The Help Desk VOX and human chat gauntlet”; plus threatening to withdraw all my funds, close my account and broadcast to the world on two dozen popular crypto sites what kind of a sh*tty experience I had!
This morning, @yfenggo (torum.com), in light-speed fashion, said he’d get the team on it and thanked me for making him aware of a couple problems that affect everyone on the platform: broken embedded URLs and direct image upload glitches.
Back on topic: @yfenggo.
Hats off to Torum’s CEO & Founder for the quick, personal response — something he’s always done for me many times before.
But given the frenzy of platform activity, I accepted and fully understood that such “personal touch responsiveness” was probably a thing of the past: a nice gesture from when Torum was new and less frenetic.
It’s these kind of unsolicited acts of kindness that, for me, represent a tangible reaffirmation of integrity.
And that’s why I’m still on Torum.
So, @yfenggo, I just wanted to say I appreciate it. In many ways you are still the person I depicted in this image from last year.
Dude, you da bomb!
Much respect.
Hope you and yours are well and loving life today, my friend.
