Meet NS. Randii.

NS. Randii is from the first generation of HMD (Hazardous Material Disposal) Simulacra.

In 2053, the Rand Corporation created HMD Simulacra to work in the dangerous environments deemed too toxic or unstable for current human HAZMAT teams.

After gaining Non-Simulacra Status, NS. Randii became the first HMD series android to receive a salary from the Rand Corporation.

Nowadays, she coordinates rapid response teams from USAMRIID (United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases) with their civilian counterparts at the WHO (World Health Organization).
