Your memories are like files in your brain.
They can easily be hidden or redacted; especially the traumatic ones.
Barring complete destruction of the machine, files (memories l) can never be totally deleted.
They can only be replaced; overwritten with newer information (life experiences).
Anyone with an intact brain can do this.
But it takes courage and perseverance.
Knowing the above, which file would you like to overwrite?
