The operative known as “Siling Labuyo”, Scoville Heat, Inc.,* is a Filipina from Leyte, Philippines.
Siling was kidnapped by Muslim rebels at age 11 and forced to become child slave/soldier in Mindinao.
When she was 15 y/o, she was sold to human traffickers in Manila.
Billionaire Raymond Kohl met Siling when his operatives from “The Pool”** infiltrated the Manila-Miami human trafficking organization and rescued over 100 soon-to-be “home care givers” (aka underage sex slaves).
After watching the young Siling help The Pool during the rescue op, Raymond, arranged a U.S. student visa for her (via his good friend and current POTUS).
Three years later, she had earned a GED high school diploma, CLEP tested an Associate of Arts degree from Reagents, University of the State of New York and recruited by Scoville Heat, Inc.
She is currently enrolled at University of Florida, Gainesville under Raymond’s special “work-study” program…
