Havoc means widespread devastation. A good example of this is the death of thousands of ICOs in the past. Currently, the DeFi rug pulls are piling. Some of them last only hours before the “founders” run away with all investor funds.
Solution: DYOR and understand the high risk landscape. If you are scammed, REMEMBER WHY and use the lessons learned in the future.
Mayhem — maliciously injuring or maiming someone, or rendering the victim defenseless. We’ve already seen cryptocurrency buyers getting held at gunpoint.
Solution: Never carry large amounts of cash, especially when doing an old style, in person “local Bitcoin” buy. If that’s unavoidable, choose a safe place and bring security (one or two trusted persons as backup).
Chaos is a state of total mass confusion or disorganization. For noobs, this can translate into high levels of stress. For OGs, it can cause insomnia — especially when they remember the lost opportunities, high fees and clogged networks in 2017.
Solutions: Learn TA. It was invented to help interpret emotional manifestations in the market. Get your exit plan money to your favorite exchange well in advance. Set acceptable stops that let you sleep worry free. Have multiple crypto-to-fiat avenues.
